Nylon string guitars lead most of these instrumentals beautifully orchestrated with piano, strings, horns, percussions and some... "weird sounds" reminiscent of Ennio Morricone.
Emotionally, the listener is taken on a trip though beauty, nostalgia, melancholy, and sadness, that ultimately ends on a high note, as if to say "all experience is a growing experience."
"Only Because" is the first single and the only song featuring vocals on "The Meticulous Simplicity". It seems to gracefully sum up much of the musical experience we undergo throughout the album. |
