The Movement for New Art is an organization that gives the opportunity for artists in various mediums to showcase some of their works of art to other artists, benefiting from critiques and comments, influencing others and allowing others to influence them, aswell as discussing any cultural event scene they find interesting.
Why the Movement for New Art?
Most great artists have emerged from schools (impressionism, Bauhaus, new wave, Punk, Grunge, etc.) of like minded in some way (aesthetically or semantically). Being exposed to what is being produced by other artists keeps one informed and can inspire and push one to greater limits no limits.
When does the Movement for New Art meet?
The Movement for New Art meets weekly. Artists are invited to bring, or perform, a recent work of art, (or reproduction), that they feel has some value (artistic, cultural, social, etc.)
